my family and I enjoyed this place about 3 weeks ago. The atmosphere with the older music was wonderful. I can't even begin to describe the service we had. I have never had such an attentive and pleasant waitress, EVER. I think her name was Carly?? So sweet and never missed anything. The food was also amazing. I live in Claremont and don't get over to that side of the state often, but I will eat there any time I am in that area. Best place I have been in a long long time.
This is a restaurant not hotel. Not sure why this is showing up as such. I didn't like the wrap but the dessert was excellent! Our waitress was excellent. (Marla?)
Great food, it’s definitely an older crowd lol. Obviously a senior favorite! Had the fish and chips, very fresh, crispy, no fishy smell. Great price, serves beer and alcohol. Cindy was our server very friendly, very attentive, awesome server.
My mum loves this place! They are always so kind & play music she knows all the words to, it's very comfortable. Ample parking and easy to access (ADA). It seems like a quintessential locals restaurant; they have an extensive seniors menu that is priced fairly & generously portioned. Also comes with tea/coffee and dessert (mums favorite is the tapioca pudding). The seafood has always been good. They have fried & baked options.... and it's not often that one of the sides offered is pickled beets! This is one of the "old new england" spots that have survived & is doing it the same way they always did; there is a wonderful comfort in that, also (and most importantly), they do it well.
Nice restaurant with good food. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The local beer they have on tap was really unexpected, similar to a blue moon, thicker and more robust. I finished my glass in 2 minutes. I wanted another glass….. but I was driving ☹️. The food was good, my wife only complaint was the vegetables in her pasta was not fresh, they were frozen, the pasta and chicken was good. My fish and chips was fried golden brown and the fish was moist and flaky, I can eat this all day it was so good. My daughter seafood broil was on the greasy side too much butter at the bottom, everything else was just cooked perfectly she said and the sea scallops melted in her mouth. We shared a lobster 🦞 roll and I forgot to take a picture, it was good we liked it. We tagged this place on Google maps to revisit again when we are back in the area.
