Nice food, nice people. There is a down home feel to this place. I had a good sized breakfast for $13. Came with a single thick piece of french toast, three eggs cooked to order, ham, bacon, and sausage, and cheese and bacon hush puppies. Everything was delicious. Our server was friendly and sweet. If Little Miss Sophies was ten times the size it is, it would do ten times the business.
My mother and I had to go to Rochester for my dad, he was having 5 teeth pulled and so we stopped in to grab a bite for breakfast while we wait for him to get done. They had amazing food, great staff, very friendly and welcoming. And, I bought a 4 pack of their homemade soda! They make their own sodas; Orange Cream, Grape, and Black Cherry and they were all so delicious, wish I bought a 12 pack honestly, 3 different kinds of 4 packs. Definitely next time, we'll be back again! 👍
Sophie's homemade bread is fluffy and makes for really good toast. There's usually a 10-15 minute wait because they're busy most days, because they cook a hearty breakfast. Their specials add interesting variety to your usual breakfast menu (yesterday, my usual hash saw the addition of sweet potatoes, green peppers & onions because Autumn Hash was on the menu). If you're from the south, however, skip the biscuits because they're a bit spongy.
Good food and good service. This is down home cooking. Don't pass this little gem by. The full parking lost is a tip off. Menu prices reasonable. Two adults can eat lunch for around $20 plus tip.
My wife and I went to little miss sophies for breakfast this morning. The food and the whole experience was amazing. Best sausage and biscuits I have ever had. Prices were very good. The best part was our server Kayla. Very nice young lady who was very attentive with a smile and very nice personality. This is our go to spot for breakfast from now on.
