The Stuffed Shells were awesome!!! Meatballs and their homemade marinara sauce was to die for!!! Soooooo yummmy. My husband had never been here and he had a Steak sub that was also sooooooooo yummy!!! If you have never eaten at Charlie’s you have to go….. it will be so delicious!!!!
Been coming here for years, have tried several different items on the menu and they have all been fantastic. What I love most about the place is that when you walk in, it instantly feels like the "neighborhood pizza joint" its just a good comforting atmosphere almost like you're friends with everyone that works there. Prices are right in line with today's economy, no better, no worse than any other place. If you want a $5 pie go try out Lil' Caesars, if you want a quality pie come to Charlies. Their signature dish in my opinion is the BBQ chicken pizza, you just can't go wrong. What would a review be without some constructive criticism? My only suggestion for improvement would be to have website where we can see the menu or add some sort of online ordering platform for convenience but at the same time, I don't know if I really want them to have it....I respect how they run the business now, old school. You want a pie, you call 'em up and do it. I see some folks on here complained about not being able to pay over the phone. Hate to tell ya but typing in credit card numbers cost the business more money in fees and it puts YOUR security at risk. What they're doing now works, no fancy POS, no printers, just write it on the slip, hand it back to the kitchen. Be happy they aren't cash only ;) Good work Charlie and the gang, keep it up!
I am sure the food is great as well, however I am leaving a review about the service. My truck broke out front of their restaurant on a day they were closed. Even so the owner came out and assisted me in any way possible, eventually providing the idea to fix my problem. 10/10 great people!
After over an hour and delivery and asking the delivery guy to call so as not to wake my neighbor, we had a pounding on door. He insisted he had called multiple times, however phone did not ring once. Also we saw him pull in 20 minutes earlier pull out and drive elsewhere. The steak supreme calzone was greasy, like hamburger inedible. Called owner and he explained how steak works. Fries were cold, grease is still pouring out this inedible calzone as you see, it was dripping into a puddle in the 2nd picture.
My husband and I moved here a year ago and we absolutely LOVE Charlie’s! The people are so kind, the food is always a hit! My husband just ordered the Charlie’s House Special pizza, now I usually don’t like pizza but that was literally the best friggen pizza I’ve ever had!!! We are such Charlie fans we haven’t tried any other restaurants like it.
