No prices at all on any of the over head menu screens when you walk in. Charged $17.49 for a soda and a stuffed shell with sausage. First plate they brought me the stuffed shell were hard and chewy. And the 2 sausages were sliced Like an Accordion. They remade it and all they did was add more sauce to it and cook it in a microwave. 1 out of the 3 shells was eatable. Other two I couldn’t cut them with the plastic knife provided. Was way too hard. For $17 I wouldn’t expect italian food cooked in a microwave.
Horrible experience with the front end people, they mixed up my order I placed and said they would keep the price the same as it was and not increase it since they messed up on their end. Turns out they increased it anyways and I called to get it put back to the initial price just to have the same girl tell me that we will not be compensated for their mess up and blamed us for making their delivery driver go out twice. I've never had such stupid and bad customer service in my life.
My husband confirmed 3 times with the, apparently incompetent girl, on the phone what size pizza we wanted. Upon arrival of the delivery with the wrong sized pizza. How. We confirmed and said the size at least 3 times on the phone. They didn’t compensate us at all for the extra 30 minute wait for our pizza. Horrible service. And a very rude incompetent girl handling the phone.
They messed up our order for delivery, took the wrong order back and we got no compensation for the extra wait time. I always have gotten compensation from an establishment when They mess up an order. I was very confused by the way they didn’t. Love the food. Service could better.
3/8/24 just had a steak and cheese sub with pepper and onions. Very disappointed!!! After finishing the sub I had a good handful of fat and gristle. If I had one hole slice of pepper and not even enough onion to taste.
